Teacher Assistant & Academic Enrichment Coordinator

Support students in 2nd–12th grade through lesson preparation, individual and small-group tutoring, assignment tracking, academic progress documentation, and parent communication. This role works alongside Lead Teachers to reinforce concepts, strengthen study skills, and maintain safe, organized, and engaging online and in-person learning environments.

Lead Teacher

Plan and deliver personalized tutoring for students in 2nd–12th grade through online and in-person instruction. Lead Teachers prepare lessons, assess student understanding, track academic progress, communicate with parents and guardians, and help students build stronger subject knowledge, confidence, organization, and independent learning skills.

Director of Education

Lead the academic quality and instructional direction of 4.0 Labs’ tutoring programs for students in 2nd–12th grade. The Director of Education establishes tutoring standards, coaches instructional personnel, reviews lesson plans and assessments, oversees progress reporting and parent communication, and supports safe, effective online and in-person instruction.
