Get Help From The 4.0 Labs Support Team
If a page or task is difficult to use, email support@fourpointolabs.com with “Accessibility help” in the subject. You can ask for information in another format or help completing a task. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical diagnosis.
Our initial response target is within 24 hours. A fix may take longer; we will discuss the barrier and available alternatives with you. Never email a payment card number or school password.
Our Accessibility Approach
4.0 Labs uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA as a design and testing target for the 4.0 Labs website and Academic Command Center. These guidelines address needs such as keyboard use, readable contrast, screen-reader labels, and layouts that work when text is enlarged.
We work toward these guidelines through testing and improvements, and help people who report barriers.
- Use the site’s Skip to Content link to move past the header.
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between links and controls, and Enter or Space to activate the relevant control.
- The homepage’s interactive Command Center example provides dashboard choices with keyboard instructions.
- Use your browser’s zoom and text settings. If content becomes hidden or difficult to reach, tell us which page and task were affected.
Accessibility Review And Support
Our reviews cover navigation, headings, text alternatives, contrast, keyboard focus, mobile layouts, forms, and error messages. If a page or step is difficult to use, please tell our Support Team so we can help and address the problem.
School websites and third-party checkout or sign-in screens may work differently from our pages. If a step is inaccessible, contact us so we can help find an appropriate alternative. A provider’s accessibility statement does not establish accessibility of the full 4.0 Labs journey.
We have not completed an independent audit of every page, document, device, browser, or assistive-technology combination. We will update this statement with verified findings and available alternatives as review continues.
Report A Barrier
If you can, include the page address, what you were trying to do, what went wrong, and your preferred way for us to reply. Browser, device, or assistive-technology details are optional. Please avoid including student records in an initial report.
If the first response does not resolve your concern, reply and ask for an accessibility escalation to the 4.0 Labs Support Team. You may also contact an appropriate public authority; contacting us first is not a condition of exercising your rights.
For postal correspondence, use the company address in our Privacy Policy and mark your letter “Attn: Accessibility.”
