Position Summary

We are seeking an exceptional and dynamic Director of Education to lead our academic programs and inspire a team of dedicated educators. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all facets of our educational offerings, ensuring program excellence, regulatory compliance, and a nurturing environment that aligns with our school's mission and values.   • Provide a warm, safe, and loving space where children feel secure, valued, and excited to learn.

  • Bring our school's Mission Statement and Learning Courses to life through dynamic and supportive educational programs.

  • Go beyond just grades! You'll be responsible for creating and conducting comprehensive assessments tailored to your grade level.This includes a structured evaluation of students' learning habits, time management skills, organizational techniques, and overall approach to academics. Your goal is to understand how each student learns and to guide them on how they can learn even better.

  • Encourage students to explore, question, and develop their own unique strengths, helping them build confidence and self-reliance.

  • Perform all tasks in strict accordance with school policies and procedures, as well as all relevant childcare regulatory agency guidelines.

  • Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to student success in every interaction.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of successful classroom teaching experience.

  • Proven leadership experience within an educational setting (e.g., lead teacher, department head, program coordinator).

  • Demonstrated customer service experience, particularly in engaging with parents and addressing their needs effectively.

  • Experience with basic accounting principles and budget management.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education from an accredited institution.

  • Certification: Current and valid Director’s Certificate from State Licensing.

  • Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting, data analysis, and communication.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to ethical conduct.
