Questions Families May Have

How Does The Command Center Help My Family?

It is one place for the assignments, tests, documents and deadlines you add. Find work by subject and due date, and help your student choose what to do first.

Who Keeps The Plan Current?

Keep assignments and notes you enter up to date. For connected school information, check the source time and connection status to see what was last saved. Use your school’s usual channels to confirm important changes.

What Information Does A Family Share?

Start with your account, the student’s first and last name, and the required permission. Add only schoolwork and documents you are permitted to share. Requesting a school app does not connect an account or import information.

Is This Tutoring?

No. The workspace helps organize schoolwork and study priorities. It does not replace instruction or complete or submit a student’s work.

Can I Manage More Than One Student?

Yes. Each student gets their own Command Center, and you can see them all in one family account. One student costs $29.99/month. Sign up two or more students at the same time for $24.99/month each, plus any tax.

How Does The Free Trial Work?

Your seven-day free trial starts when you complete subscription checkout. After that, one student costs $29.99/month. Two or more students signed up together cost $24.99/month each, plus any tax. Checkout shows your trial and subscription details before you confirm.

What Will We See During The Trial?

You can upload materials, add schoolwork and deadlines, search your list and mark completed work. Your dashboard begins empty and fills with the information you add.

How Do I Get Help?
