Start with your parent email, tell us about your children and their school learning apps, then review your price and free trial. We check school access before preparing each child’s Command Center.

Setup time depends on your child’s school learning app and the schoolwork we can read. We’ll show what is done, what is left and whether we need your help. We’ll email you when the Command Center is ready. Your free trial starts then, so waiting for setup does not use up your free days.

Yes. Each child gets their own Command Center in your parent account. You’ll need to give permission and add the school learning app login for each child. You can invite another parent or guardian to help. They can only see the children you give them access to.

Pricing & trial

One child costs $29.99/month. Sign up two or more children at the same time and pay $24.99/month for each child. That is $49.98 for two or $74.97 for three, plus any tax. The lower price applies to every child in that signup. If you later add or remove a child, we’ll explain any price change first.

Your 14 Day Free Trial starts when your child’s Command Center is ready to use. You won’t lose free days while we finish setup or fix a school sign-in problem.

A card is required to start your free trial. You’ll see the full monthly price, any tax and the first charge date before you agree. After the 14 Day Free Trial, billing repeats each month until you cancel.

Tell us which learning app and gradebook your child’s school uses. School sign-in rules vary, so we check access before enrollment. We’ll explain what information we can bring into your child’s Command Center.

We need permission to read the homework and grades shown in your child’s school learning app. During setup, you’ll enter the app’s login page, username and password in a secure form. We’ll keep those details secure. Never send a password through chat or a support form.

Schoolwork reviews focus on the next 14 days and work that is late. We’ll look for new homework, tests, grade changes and class notes your child needs. If we cannot read all the work, we’ll tell you.

We’ll tell you if we need a new password or help with a sign-in code. Older schoolwork will still show when it was last checked. A sign-in problem will not be shown as a fresh update or an empty homework list.

AI & family control

AI helps sort schoolwork, suggests what to study first and explains what changed. Its tips should match the teacher’s notes. If a date or detail is missing, it should ask for a check instead of guessing. View the examples.

No. Your child does and turns in their own work the way the teacher asks. 4.0 Labs helps with planning. It does not teach classes, replace a tutor or promise higher grades.

Check the teacher’s post and when 4.0 Labs last read it. Then tell us what looks wrong. If a due date is unclear, ask the teacher. The school’s gradebook is the official record for grades and turned-in work.

We’ll store your family’s information securely and limit who can use it. School login details will be kept in secure storage, apart from general support messages. You choose who can see your child’s schoolwork.

Visit Contact Support. You won’t need a 4.0 Labs login to ask for help. Choose a topic and tell us what happened. Do not include passwords, card numbers or private student records. Complete the support form, then send your message from your email app.
