Create your account and confirm your email. Add your students, choose your subscription and review the price and trial at checkout. Then connect a supported school account, complete the required permissions and follow the import progress. You can also add materials yourself and enable optional AI study tools.

Yes. You can enroll up to five students, with the required authority and consent for each student. Each student has a separate schoolwork view within your account. Do not share your account credentials with another person.

One student costs $29.99 per month. For two to five students, the price is $24.99 per student per month: $49.98 for two or $74.97 for three, before applicable tax. Review the total before confirming your subscription or a change to your plan.

Creating an account is free and requires no card. A payment method is required to begin the subscription trial. After seven days, monthly billing starts and continues until canceled. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid a charge.

Open Accounts Center to cancel. Canceling during the trial ends subscription access immediately; canceling a paid subscription stops renewal at the end of its current billing period. Account deletion is a separate request. Contact Support if you need help.

School connections

Support depends on your school app and the access available for your student. Review School Connections in your Command Center, or contact Support with your school and app name. The app list also lets you request another connection.

For a supported connection offered in School Setup, follow the school sign-in and permission steps to connect your account and begin setup. We verify which enrolled students the account covers before importing their information. If an app is not supported for your school, you can submit a request; a request alone does not connect the account.

Yes. After you connect a supported school account and authorize automatic updates, available school information can update your Command Center. Check the connection status and last-updated information to see what was saved. School sign-in requirements or outages can interrupt updates. Information you enter yourself still needs to be kept current.

Yes. Add assignments, tests, study materials, resources and reminders yourself. Include a subject, due date, notes and a private document attachment when helpful. Only add materials you have permission to use.

AI & family control

Yes. Study Tools offers hints, practice questions, quizzes, flashcards and Writing Feedback for students covered by your subscription. Review the permission request for each student before using AI; Writing Feedback has a separate permission choice. Website demonstrations use fictional examples and do not generate live responses.

No. Students complete and submit their work using the method their teacher requires. Marking an item complete in the Command Center does not submit it to the school.

Compare the information you entered with the teacher’s instructions. Confirm unclear dates with the teacher and contact Support if you need help with your account. The school’s gradebook remains the official source for grades and submission records.

Your account shows the students and materials associated with it, and uploaded attachments are private. Add only information you have permission to use. Review our Privacy Policy for data uses, retention and your options to access or request deletion of information.
