Learning Accelerator Process
At 4.0 Labs, we go beyond simply delivering instruction. We believe in empowering students to become effective learners. That's why we incorporate a comprehensive Learning Accelerator process to assess their current study strategies and identify personalized pathways to academic success.
What is a Learning Accelerator?
A Learning Accelerator is a structured evaluation of a student's learning habits, time management skills, organizational techniques, and overall approach to academics. It's not just about grades; it's about understanding how a student learns and how they can learn better.
Key Components of Our Learning AcceleratorAcademic History Review
We examine the student's past and current grades, report cards, standardized test and assessment scores to identify patterns and areas of strength or weakness.
Learnings
- Tutors and students are required to wash their hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol before and after each session.
- We provide hand sanitizer stations throughout our tutoring spaces.
- All tutoring areas, including tables, chairs, and frequently touched surfaces (door handles, light switches), are cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered disinfectants before and after each tutoring session.
