Need help getting started? Send an enrollment request to our team. We’ll help you check your child’s school apps and explain how to set up your family’s account.
1. Send your enrollment request.
Email support@fourpointolabs.com with your name, the number of children, their schools and the learning apps they use. Please do not include school passwords or private student records.
2. Watch for our reply.
We aim to reply within 24 hours after receiving your email. We’ll explain how to create your parent account and share school login details securely. We may need your help with a school sign-in code.
3. Wait for your ready email.
After checking school access, we’ll give you a setup estimate. We’ll email you when your children’s Command Centers are ready and explain how to sign in.
Your free trial starts when your family is ready.
Your 14 Day Free Trial starts when your family’s Command Centers are ready to use. Before you agree to billing, you’ll see your monthly price and first charge date. After the trial, billing repeats each month until you cancel.
One child is $29.99/month. Two or more children enrolled together are $24.99/month each, before tax. Two children cost $49.98/month.
